It’s a new year and there is something special in Jamaica’s music industry and surely will be a surprise to the international world. Your first impression on meeting this beautiful, energetic, stimulated and talented singer will bring to you the kind of acquaintance from a Jamaican entertainer that one has been anticipating for years. Her professional entertainment and behaviour pattern has proven her to be a naturalist and it will be admired. For years we have seen the domination of female singers and rappers to the Jamaican Music Industry and the world but only few have garnered a broader market. Now I am proud to introduce to you Recording Artist, “DUB PRINCESS OF THE CARIBBEAN”, Nicola Gayle. She is known widely as and goes by the name Nikkei Camera. She is indeed the next superstar. Her indicative style of music and performance is sure to open eyes across the world. With a Mega Management System, she is sure to garner that attention and respect from fans globally.

Born in the Community of Farm Town, Discovery Bay St. Ann Jamaica and the first child for her parents, Nicola Gayle, daughter to Annette and Stephen Gayle, was no secret would fall in the line of entertainment. Early exposure to music was within an arm’s reach with the rich history of the Gayle family being one of the strongest families to the Jamaican music Industry. Nikkei Camera is the niece to popular Jamaican reggae singers Little Hero and PZ. Their professional music career was her first lessons of learning the craft of writing music and the performing art of such craft which she accepted was in her from second form at the St. Hilda’s Diocesan High school for girls. It was at this time that Nikkei Camera had identified her true ability to write and perform music. Her versatility allowed her to share pop, soul, R&B, Reggae and Dance Hall; no doubt she is dubbed “princess of the Caribbean”. Her degree in Business Administration has now taken second seat in her life as to the gift of music.

Camera- as she is called by most- demanded the world`s attention with her first EP titled “Your Attention”. Your Attention was officially released in January of 2016 and persons can purchase this in all the digital stores Known. This EP was produced by tuffcom Records and consist of 4 songs, titled Why, Tell the Youths, Your so Fine and Man Pon Di Side all of which can be heard and viewed on YouTube.
The fast rising singer/producer/entertainer was just getting started and used her degree in Business to help put together a record Label owned by her brother, her dad and herself (One Heart Music Production). She has recently finished recording an EP of 7 songs that is produced by her family label (One Heart Music Production) and Young Generation Fraternity (YGF Records) with Nikkei Camera being the Executive Producer of this EP. “To The World” as the Ep is called is as Solid as a rock” and aims at putting Camera to the forefront of the music industry. One can hear her versatility throughout this EP as it shows her growth and consist of different genres of music that speaks to different individuals and lovers of music worldwide. This EP can now be bought from all digital stores worldwide.

In expanding and exploitation of her career, Nikkei Camera has graced the stages of some of the most popular stage shows, TV interview, Radio Interviews as well as being featured in one of Jamaica`s Top selling News paper (The Star). She made her first debut appearances Internationally in Africa and toured with the Likes of Veteran Reggae Singer/ Songwriter Glenroy Washington better known as Glen Washington as she seeks to extend her fan base globally.
